DENSO has been supplying Iridium Spark Plugs to Toyota since 1997. DENSO has now expanded the worldwide supply of the Iridium Plug to the Toyota Corolla (1NZ-FE, 1.5 litre engine and 2ZR-FE, 1.8 litre engine).

The FK20HR11 has a 0.55mm-diameter Iridium center electrode and a 0.7mm-diameter platinum ground electrode. It is known as a Super Ignition Spark Plug (needle to needle Iridium Spark Plug) that DENSO developed first in the world. The thread diameter is 14mm with a length of 26.5mm and 16mm hexagon.
