DENSO ran the DENSO IRIDIUM POWER Booth at the "TOKYO AUTO SALON 2008 with NAPAC", from January 11 to 13.
This year, we invited Mr. Iwai, who is in charge of engine development for the Subaru World Rally Team. He talked about the enthusiasm he has felt for the WRC this year, and the difficulties encountered in WR car engine development.
In addition, we performed our customary plug replacement demonstration, this time using a Subaru WR car, and many visitors showed great interest in the engine compartment of the WR car, which most people don't normally get the chance to see.
Some of the visitors even tried changing the plugs on the WR car themselves.
We would like to once again thank all those who visited the DENSO booth this time.

We will be running the booth again at the "Nagoya Auto Trend", which opens on March 7.
