First of all as from 14th of March'08 the DENSO brand new Motorcycle, Small Engine & Marine Spark Plugs catalogue 2008/2009 is available for you.
In the new catalogue, except the useful informative pages, crossreference and buyer�fs guide tables, you will find several new features:

• Latest Motorcycle, Small Engine and Marine applications
• Renewed Iridium range information
• A refreshed and easier to use Iridium Upgrade table
• OE Spark Plug information
• 40 new part references of DENSO Spark Plugs

As from this year onwards you can find all the informative pages, including 'Identifying DENSO Spark Plugs' and 'Iridium Upgrade table' completely at the front of the catalogue and not at the back as it used to be. With this change we target to provide you with a more easy to use catalogue.

Because we continually update and expand our range of OE quality Spark Plugs, the new catalogue now features over 11,500 DENSO applications in total, including spark plugs for motorcycles, karting, ATV Quad bikes, snowmobiles, small engines, jet-ski and marine inboard & outboard motors. In fact, we have added no fewer than 205 brand new spark plug applications to these programmes this year alone.

As you already may know DENSO is supporting every year top racing teams in the top motosport championships of the world (F1, MotoGP, SBK, WRC). In 2008 season DENSO has expanded its MotoGP and SBK/WSS sponsorship program supporting more racing teams as the Honda LCR team the Yamaha World Supersport team, the Hoegee Suzuki team and the DFX Honda Corse.

DENSO spark plugs sales are globally increasing since the development of the first Iridium Power Spark Plug which features the world's smallest 0.4mm Iridium center electrode.

This time, DENSO has started supplying the Iridium Power "IU27D" for Suzuki high displacement motorbikes as the Suzuki HAYABUSA 1300 and the Suzuki B-KING.
These motorbikes are equipped with a 1340cc engine with twin fuel injector, titan valve etc.

The Suzuki Genuine Part Number for the DENSO IU27D plug is 09482-00557. Also the colder heat range DENSO plug IU31D is available (Suzuki Genuine Part Number 09482-00559).

For the Independent Aftermarket, the IU27 and IU31 DENSO Iridium plugs can be used instead of IU27D and IU31D accordingly.
