The FIA's Formula 1 2008 French Grand Prix was held on June 22nd near the towns of Magny-Cours and Nevers, France.
The race began under dry conditions at 2:00PM. Jarno Trulli, 4th on the grid before the start, raced his way to 3rd position coming out of the first corner.
By the middle of the race Trulli was being closely pursued by Heikki Kovalainen, and a close battle for third was on.
DENSO racing plugs, specially designed for the Toyota F1 engine, maintained the performance of the engine and provided readily consistent power throughout the race.
Towards the end or the race it began to rain, and on a slippery corner during the final lap, Kovalainen went for the pass on the inside of Trulli, but the Toyota, powered by DENSO racing plugs, was able to accelerate out of the turn and cut off Heikki's McClaren to cross the finish in 3rd place.
Congratulations to Jarno Trulli and the Toyota Panasonic team for their spectacular podium finish!
