The company has submitted more than 100 applications for business model patents, including some in connection with its original QR Code (below). Participating in the yet2.com on-line marketplace for technology is one way that DENSO promotes its intellectual property commercially. That marketplace lets prospective licensees peruse technologies available for licensing from DENSO and other participating companies.
