Venue at Bagan Lalang Beach, Selangor, Malaysia Supported by Environmental Interpretive Center (EIC) in Sepang

Objective / Details of activity
Mangrove forest consists unique plant and animal species that can only be found in this ecosystem.
Therefore, we planted mangrove trees to protect their ecosystem at Bagan Lalang Beach. Additionally, we enjoyed beach clean up (a competition based on the heaviest rubbish collected by each group which was weighted at 101.5 Kg).
Comments from participants
The experiences encountered by the associates were so exciting. They have learned and seen for themselves the importance of preserving the mangrove. This activity shall be sustained.
