| Typhoon Morakot was the deadliest typhoon to impact Taiwan in 50 years. It brought severe damage to Taiwan, leaving 619 people dead and 76 others missing, and roughly NTD 170 billion in damages. DENSO people in Taiwan showed our compassion and made a donation to help the victims to rebuild their homes and the children to be able to continue their study in schools. Our company officially made a donation NTD 280,000 and, in 10 days, employees together donated NTD 220,000 to help Taiwanese society tackle this humanitarian problem.
