Sungrowon is one of the homes for orphans and children left behind by their parents in Seoul.
DSKR has participated in this community service every year since 2004. It was the 5th annual community service.
Participants took part in the followings:
1) Played with the children
2) Cleaned up a playground, a hall and rooms
3) Washed clothes
4) Fed food and milk to infants
5) Held a party for the children
We called for DSKR staff for collection of contributions for the children, and we collected more than 1,100,000 won. |
EI think that the volunteer activity is very good for me and the members of DSKR.
EI had a really good time with the children. Even though it was the cold winter season, we made precious memories with them. I want to have more chances to take part in such activities which provide me with good motivation. |
