In cooperation with the public school of Eching, we helped train teenagers who have limited educational backgrounds.
Simulation of interview situations for future work perspectives and the checking of application documents was carried out.

We had interesting discussions with the young people and tried to show them that it is possible to have a future. The participants accepted this well and this was good preparation for the event.
