We held a blood donation campaign again this year. The Aichi Red Cross Blood Center provided a blood donation bus in front of the office building, and 28 employees voluntarily participated in the donation. The sum of our donation was approximately 9,600 ml.

I took part in this blood donation for the first time. My preconceptions of the donation were "it may take a long time" and "the preliminary examination before the donation may be troublesome," but actually it was much easier than I had expected, in that it didn't give me any trouble and was not time-consuming. I was impressed that we could contribute to the society with such a small action. I'd like to take part in blood donations when I am off work as well.
