We are continuously offering university students who will become working members of society, an opportunity of on-the-job training. This time, the students experienced a process of manufacturing car parts step by step. First, they learned about a theory of the production line that deals with how to produce high quality products safely and inexpensively on a basic production design. Next, they actually handled the products and saw a mock test at a real production line. Lastly, they experienced the full course of an inspection which covered the processes from a test-destruction of finished goods to an examination for guaranteeing the quality of it. We expect this program to help the participants to gain experience in an intensive atmosphere at work.

My internship took place at 3 departments in this training. Every day was a surprise for me as I handled the products, then learned about the structure and tested them. I was also amazed by the employees' attitude towards their work and their willingness to work on things. I felt the subjects I am studying at my university are helpful, and I want to deepen my understanding in further studies in the future.
