On-the-job Training for Secondary School Pupils 4 & 5 Dec. 2008

We arrange an on-the-job training program for secondary school students twice a year. This program not only consists of study by observation, but also focuses on experience and practice. We believe this is a good opportunity for the students to be able to experience the joy and toughness of actual working.
We'd like to keep implementing this program because it gives the students an opportunity to think about work and their families, and helps them to understand themselves better.

I feel relieved that the program was completed without any problem. During the on-the-job training, I was impressed with the students' enthusiasm and also that of those who supported and guided the students. I'd like to keep taking part in this program in the future as well.
