Appreciating the activities of Aichi Prefecture to cultivate children to stand on their own as society members and professionals in the future, we actively organized on-the-job training for local junior high school students. Our original program was highly evaluated by the participants, and our lecturers made efforts every year to improve their teaching skills. |

The sessions were very helpful with many practical works. I also learned about difficulties of work and importance of safety. I hope to work for a DENSO Group company in the future. (Comment from a junior high school student who participated in the program) |
