SOKEN Environmental Day 1 Oct. 2008

We held a SOKEN Environmental Day including the following programs to raise awareness for all employees toward the environment, and to encourage every one of us to step forward to participate in environmental protection activities.
1. A lecture by a writer of IPCC*: Title, "Current Global Environment, Our Future and Things We Can Do"
2. An explanatory meeting for "Volunteer Activity" in cooperation with Volunteer Support Center.

1. I was able to deepen my understanding for preventing global warming through this program. And now we need to take urgent action, such as promoting eco-driving, saving energy at home and developing eco cars.
2. Now I know that stamps, used glasses and foreign coins are very useful for charity, I have become more motivated to collect them.
