Volunteering activities for the 30th Anniversary Oita International Wheelchair Marathon 14 Nov. 2010

We perform volunteering activities for the Oita International Wheelchair Marathon, which is held every autumn in Oita Prefecture. Although the volunteers have to work from the previous day, many of our associates join the activities every year. The supporting activities this year were wide ranging, from preparation of the start point to preparation and maintenance work in the stadium having the finish line and assistance to the runners. |

I was cheered up and moved very much by the runners. I was encouraged to be positive even in a tough time. I will contribute to the society through various volunteering activities in the future. |
