"Love Earth Clean Up" is a cleaning activity cooperating with citizens, the local private sector and the local council to implement "Global Environment and Community Activities," to clear local beaches, rivers and mountains of litter.
Every June, this event is held at 90 locations in Fukuoka Prefecture all at once. We participated in this event from this year and cleaned up the Nakagawa riverbank with volunteers from other companies, such as Asahi Breweries Ltd. and Sanikleen Kyushu Corp.

The river looked clean at first sight, but it was actually full of rubbish. We collected 50 bags of rubbish working with 80 people in only one hour. This year, we took part in the event for the first time with only 6 people, but we'd like to join the event with many more colleagues next year.
