In DENSO Technical College, we phase motivate the students for social contribution to bring about their positive attitude towards the activity.
Every year in May, all the students participate in a cleaning activity at local places such as social welfare institutes, after they have been motivated to take part in volunteer activities by listening to a voluntary lecture. By experiencing volunteer work together, we try to enable them to act as an individual volunteer later. This time, the students from the 1st and 2nd grades of a technical high school cleaned an institute for mentally disadvantaged people.

We divided ourselves up into a few groups to mow the lawn outside the institute and clean up inside the institute. We were glad to be appreciated by the people in the institute. I'd like to take part in this kind of volunteer activity again.
