In order to grow continuously while achieving our mission, the “corporate behavior that earns the trust and support of society” is indispensable.
As such, DENSO aims the management for CSR that emphasizes the relationships with our stakeholders.
The Company will contribute to a sustainable society, as every associate exercises the DENSO Spirit.

DENSO Group Declaration of Corporate Behavior

Established in April 2006

Distributing “Code of Conduct for DENSO Group Associates”

What is emphasized to spread out the activities of CSR is a proactive manner for aiming a corporation operating in trust and in harmony with society. It must not be considered a reactive duty. Also, DENSO emphatically builds a climate in which all associates fully understand the significance of CSR and practice it as a matter of course in their daily activities.

In order to achieve this goal, the Company has formulated the “Code of Conduct for DENSO Group Associates” and from April 2006 the Company has started distributing it to all associates in the group. It clarifies the fundamental idea and ethical behavior for the each of its stakeholders, in keeping with the ideals of the “Declaration of Corporate Behavior.”
