DENSO’s responsibility to key stakeholders
DENSO explicitly defines its responsibilities to each stakeholder group as it puts into practice its CSR activities as outlined in the DENSO Group Declaration of Corporate Behavior.

We, DENSO Corporation and its Group companies*, will actively contribute to the sustainable development of society through trustworthy corporate activities in each country and region.
We trust that our suppliers will support the aims of this policy and reflect it in their behavior as well.
* Companies subject to management under the Company’s consolidation policy and companies in which DENSO is the largest shareholder

We will honor the culture and history of each country and region, and under the leadership of our management for each company, strive to sincerely operate with respect for people and act in such a way as to garner the trust of our stakeholders. |

We will comply with both the letter and the spirit of the law and promote ethical behavior, as well as promote open and fair information disclosure and dialogue. |

We will anticipate changes and challenges in order to create new values. Also we will work to ensure the best quality by focusing upon on-site verification and implementing “Kaizen” (continuous improvement). |
