Basic stance
When all employees work to their full potential and have a fulfilling personal life, companies grow. This approach, which forms the foundation of our employee-focused initiatives, is reflected in the DENSO Philosophy, the Human Resource Management Philosophy and the DENSO Group Declaration of Corporate Behavior. The Human Resource Management Philosophy provides a global expression of our human resources mission and policies in addition to defining our responsibility to employees in the form of practicing management that values people, specifically: (1) hitozukuri or human resource development (by increasing individual employees’ motivation and providing opportunities for growth); (2) developing our organization (by developing an open, dynamic and unified workplace culture through dialogue and full employee participation); and (3) creating a positive environment (by providing an environment where employees can work with assurance in terms of safety and health).
