| In November 2005, DENSO established EcoVision 2015, our mid- and long-term policies for environmental activities. This plan inherited the fundamental policy of EcoVision2005: ‘We shall aim to be in harmony with the environment and to live together within society, for the actualization of a sustainable society,' and strengthens our expansion of global activities. |

| DENSO EcoVision 2015 consists of three articles, including Commitment, Basic Environmental Policy, and the 2010 Environmental Action Plan IV. |
