DENSO Increases Motor Sports Sponsorships for 2004

DENSO adds corporate sponsorship of Toyota and Subaru teams
|

DENSO CORPORATION. becomes Corporate sponsor of Panasonic Toyota Racing starting with the 2004 season.
DENSO supported the battle of Toyota F1 Team as a technical partner with Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Motorsport GmbH. in 2002. The spark plug and other products developed only for Toyota’s F1 engine are supplied to the team. Contracts were expanded beyond the 2004 season, and DENSO becomes Corporate sponsor.
DENSO’s logo appears on the engine cover of Toyota’s F1 car "TF104". In addition, DENSO’s logo appears on the team wear, driver suits, helmets, pit walls, motorhomes, and transporter etc.
