DENSO Announces Senior Management Changes In New Management System

Tokyo - DENSO Corporation today announced senior management changes in its new management system, which were voted upon at today’s shareholders meeting. Hiromu Okabe, former vice chairman, was appointed chairman. Former Chairman, Akira Takahashi retired but will continue to serve as a consultant to DENSO Corporation. These changes are effective today.

The new management system is composed of 13 board of directors, 24 managing officers, and five auditors.
