DENSO Announces Senior Management Changes
TOKYO - DENSO Corporation today announced management changes, which were voted upon at today's shareholders meeting. These changes are effective today.
New Directors appointed to the Board:
Shinro Iwatsuki, Executive Vice President (from Senior Managing Director)
Oyuki Ogawa, Executive Vice President (from Senior Managing Director)
Mitsuharu Kato, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)
Mineo Hanai, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)
Hiromi Tokuda, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)
New Managing Officers:
Sakae Kitazawa (from Senior Manager of Engineering Research & Development Center)
Yoshitaka Asano (from President of SIAM DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd.)
Michio Adachi (from General Manager of System Control Components Engineering Department)
Tetsuo Kondo (from General Manager of Engine Control Components Product Division)
Kenichiro Kamai (from General Manager of Vehicle Integrated Systems R&D Department)
