DENSO to Purchase Land for Expansion of Anjo Plant

KARIYA (Japan) - DENSO Corporation announced today that it has reached an agreement with Anjo city and the land development bureau of Anjo city, to purchase land for the expansion of its Anjo Plant in Anjo, Aichi prefecture, Japan. The land, located between two factory areas that compose the Anjo Plant, is 115,000 square meters in size. The purchase cost is expected to be approximately 6 billion yen. The purchase contract is scheduled for conclusion by spring 2008 after the land is prepared.
