DENSO draws on advances in electronics, information and telecommunications technologies to focus on the development of ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) and progressive safety systems. We are aiming for a collision-free future in which intelligent automobiles cooperate with other vehicles and road infrastructure, using and sharing information via telecommunications technology. Additionally, we are also developing technology that supports sophisticated driving advances, while utilizing navigation systems that provide precise map information in response of local driving conditions.
